1. Definitions
1.1 Feghi Nixie is a sole proprietorship owned by: Marta Aneta Nejman. Feghi Nixie is registered in the UK, to a private address (provided for returns), and card payments in the online store go to the following account:

Currently, Feghi Nixie is not a registered VAT payer, but product prices do include VAT, and as a sole proprietorship, it settles the tax annually.
It is not possible to receive a VAT invoice.

For buyers outside the UK, VAT is not deducted from the price, but currently shipping costs are free of charge for the buyer, unless one of the options listed in the regulations occurs.

The website and online store located at: www.feghi-nixie-arts.shop are created using the wix.com platform and are administered by the owner Feghi Nixie.

Content – ​​all information made available on the Website and available via an internet connection; the content of all emails sent by Feghi Nixie to its customers; any other information sent, transmitted or otherwise made available to the Customer, including information sent or received by Feghi Nixie, regardless of the method and means of communication; information regarding Products, services and/or prices and promotions offered by Feghi Nixie; information regarding Feghi Nixie or any other information about Feghi Nixie.

 

Service - the Customer's ability to electronically access the Content and order Products from the Feghi Nixie product catalog, which includes, among others: registering a Customer profile, and in particular making Purchases via the online store located on the website www.feghi-nixie-arts.shop/shop

Products -  including clothing, footwear, accessories and jewelry manufactured by Feghi Nixi or Feghi Nixie's subcontractors and marked with the "Feghi Nixie" trademark, offered for sale in the Online Store.

Purchase - exchange of Feghi Nixie Products for the agreed monetary value (price) paid by the Customer when using the Online Store.
Online Store - online distance sales system operated by Feghi Nixie using means of distance communication, located at: feghi-nixie-arts.shop/shop

Customer – any natural person who has access to the content, services or the Website in any way, including by creating a profile; as well as any natural person purchasing Products from the Feghi Nixie catalog via the Online Store.
Profile or Account – an element of the Website consisting of a username and password, enabling the Customer to access restricted parts of the Website through which the Services are available and information is exchanged between Feghi Nixie and the Customer. The profile is created for personal use only and is not intended for resale on a commercial scale in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, unless the Client and Feghi Nixie agree otherwise.

Distance contract (or Distance contract) - any contract regarding goods concluded between Feghi Nixie and the Customer via the Online Store. For the avoidance of doubt, each separate order for the purchase of Products from the Online Store is treated as a separate distance contract.

Brochures / notices / commercial messages - information messages, mainly in electronic form, regarding Products and services offered by the Online Store, including promotions, which are not binding on either Feghi Nixie or the Customer due to the information contained therein.

2.General
2.1. The use and browsing of the Feghi Nixie website is open to the public, without the need for  create a profile. Concluding a distance contract requires the Customer's prior acceptance of these Regulations at the time of registration and/or when making a purchase via the online store.
2.2 Access to the Services is possible only via the publicly available website feghi-nixie-arts.shop, while purchases of Products online are possible by visiting the website feghi-nixie-arts.shop/shop
2.3 The Customer may at any time read, accept and agree to these Regulations in force on the date of submitting the declaration of consent when registering a Profile in the Online Store, as consent to the Regulations is a condition for making Purchases.
2.4 Each Customer may have only one Profile on the Website enabling the making of Purchases. Feghi Nixie does not allow Customers to share their Profiles with other Customers or third parties. Customer and Feghi Nixie agree that Customer is responsible for any damages resulting from such sharing. In such cases, Feghi Nixie reserves the right to suspend or limit the Customer's access to the Online Store without sending a warning.
2.5 Anyone can create an account and profile on the Feghi Nixie website without making a purchase. The profile provides the opportunity to be active and contribute to the Feghi Nixie Blog.

3.Content
3.1. All content, including but not limited to static images, dynamic images, text and/or multimedia content, designs, databases, information and any other content published on the Website, is the exclusive intellectual property of Feghi Nixie.
3.2 The website is created with Wix.com, and the software belongs to Wix.com
3.3 Website users and customers are prohibited from copying or modifying the content contained on the Feghi Nixie website. It is also prohibited to publish or distribute in any way the content contained on the Feghi Nixie website.
3.4 Sharing the Feghi Nixie website or its subpages via the so-called linking, i.e. sharing a link to a website on social media, is possible
3.5 All photos from travels and events posted in the Photo Galleries on the Feghi Nixie website are its property and are prohibited from being copied and further used or processed.
3.6 All images and videos created using AI are made using paid applications and at the direction of Feghi Nixie and are the property of Feghi Nixie. They are prohibited from being copied and further used or processed.

4.Contact
4.1 By registering a Profile on the website or making a purchase in the online store, the customer provides his/her contact details and the possibility of contacting him/her.
4.2 Contact with Feghi Nixie is possible via the contact form, the link to which is in the menu at the top of the page, or via the provided e-mail address located in the footer of the page. A physical address is provided for returns.
4.3 By entering data on the Website, the Customer expressly authorizes Feghi Nixie to use post, e-mail and telephone to communicate with the Customer in connection with the Content, Services, Purchases and Distance Contracts.
4.4 The Customer also consents to receiving notifications, messages and information from Feghi Nixie in his or her Profile on the Website, if such a Profile is created by the Customer.

5.Marketing communication
Current marketing content for Feghi Nixie new products is sporadic. For this reason, Feghi Nixie provides non-aggressive marketing and an infrequent email campaign. If you want information about each new product, Feghi Nixie encourages you to follow all social media, links to which can be found in the footer of the main website of feghi-nixie-arts.shop.

6. Product specifications
6.1 The Feghi Nixie offer includes handicraft products, products from subcontractors, hand-painted and decorated in the Feghi Nixie workshop, and products made by subcontractors for the needs of the Feghi Nixie brand.
The final product can be made from start to finish by Feghi Nixie or from semi-finished products ordered from suppliers, or entirely by a contractor.
6.2 Feghi Nixie products are unique. Each design is one in the world. Motifs or semi-finished products used to make the final product may be repeated.
6.3 The dimensions and/or weight of the products are included in their description, and the presentation of the goods in the photos is diverse enough for the buyer to be aware of his choice regarding the goods.
6.4 Feghi Nixie makes every effort to select the best quality semi-finished products, but due to their external workmanship, it is not responsible for their service life.

7.Conditions and pricing arrangements
7.1 Feghi Nixie reserves the right to change the prices of products and services without informing anyone and without being obliged to provide a reason
7.2 Product prices include VAT.
7.3 Shipping costs are currently covered by Feghi Nixie and are subject to change. This is due to initial research into the global buying and selling market and the demand for Feghi Nixie's unique products.
7.4 Due to the small nature of the business and its beginning, Feghi Nixie charges a fee for the process of packing goods for shipment, the so-called handle fee
7.5 Feghi Nixie does not cover any customs duties, taxes or any other additional costs beyond the basic purchase and sale offer.
7.6 The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.
7.7 Shipping costs in the case of complaints are considered individually.

8.Shipping
8.1 Each order is sent with shipping tracking, and the customer receives information about the tracking number to the e-mail address provided by him.
8.2 Smaller orders are sent by post, larger orders by courier, where Feghi Nixie reserves the right to choose an attractive courier offer at a given time, also relying on the opinions of existing customers of a given carrier.
8.3 Feghi Nixie makes every effort to ensure the highest possible quality of the entire website, but is not responsible for the services of external companies, i.e. carrier.
Orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage, with additional information about handling the shipment carefully.
8.4 If you purchase a large wall decoration, Feghi Nixie may contact you to cover part of the costs.
As an unlicensed artist, Feghi Nixie cannot use professional art carrier services. In this case, the paintings must be transported by normal courier, and to prevent damage, they must be packed more securely.
8.5 All costs of customs duties, taxes other than those on goods and services, or other additional costs are covered by the customer.
8.6 In the case of purchases from outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for consciously selecting the goods that can be imported into his country. Otherwise, the shipment may be rejected or additional legal costs or other customs liabilities may arise.

9.Purchase
9.1 You can pay for purchases in the Feghi Nixie online store directly by payment card, via Google Pay or Apple Pay.
A payment link may be sent on a case-by-case basis.
9.2 Purchased products are sent to the name and address provided by the customer or existing in his profile.
If the data is to be different, please notify Feghi Nixie immediately by e-mail or via the contact form.

10.Returns
10.1 The return shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
10.2 Returns must be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
10.3 You do not need to provide a reason for the return, but you can add an optional comment if the buyer believes that this is important information for Feghi Nixie regarding the products offered.
10.4 The returned goods must not have any damage* or signs of use. It must be packed back in its original packaging and in such a way that it is not damaged during transport (i.e. exactly as it was delivered). If the goods have tags, they must be intact.
*In the event of damage by the carrier, the matter must initially be considered by the service company.
10.5 To make a return, please contact Feghi Nixie, provide the return item numbers, and a return address will be provided.
10.6 Return shipping must be tracked. The choice of carrier is free.

11 Product quality and warranty
Feghi Nixie makes every effort to ensure that the final products are of the highest quality. High-quality materials and products are used for production.
11.1 Feghi Nixie is not responsible for the service life of semi-finished products, but guarantees the selection of high-quality materials. However, if the quality of a specific semi-finished product or material does not meet expectations, Feghi Nixie takes this information into account to improve the final products in further production.
11.2 The customer is responsible for proper care and handling of the product. Each product has a description of how to care for it, what is not recommended, and how to clean it.
11.3 Despite using the best jewelry rubber on the market for bracelets, Feghi Nixie cannot guarantee its durability, although our own tests show that it retains its properties for 2 to several years. Each eraser has its own lifespan. To make it last as long as possible, care for the product according to the recommendations.
11.4 Feghi Nixie tests used semi-finished products or its own products, but remember about aging or fatigue of the material, which Feghi Nixie has no influence on

12.Complaints
Any problem with the product or its quality can be reported via e-mail.

Feghi Nixie reserves the right to reject claims if the product has been used incorrectly or has been damaged due to the customer's fault or by accident. The customer is in possession of the product and is responsible for it.

12.1 Complaint process: Complaints will be considered after a conversation with the complaining party, i.e. you should initially contact the address provided in the footer of the home page of feghi-nixie-arts.shop and describe your case.
In the next step, if the goods are to be returned, complete the complaint form sent to the customer's address, carefully pack the goods so that they are not damaged during transport, attach a copy of the completed form and send it to the provided e-mail address using a tracked service.
Coverage of transport costs is considered individually depending on the case, which should result from the initial conversation.
12.2 If the complaint is accepted, the customer will be given several options for a final solution.

13.Responsibility
13.1 The Feghi Nixie website and online store website was created using the Wix.com platform and the tools and applications available for this platform. Feghi Nixie is not responsible for any errors on the site as it is only a user of the Wix.com platform
13.2 The Wix.com platform uses all security measures, however, in the event of any hacking incident, Feghi Nixie is not responsible for it and the matter will be referred to the Wix.com platform team
13.3 Products ordered by the customer are carefully checked before being sent and packed so that they are not damaged during transport. Feghi Nixie is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier.
13.4 Feghi Nixie is not responsible for the customer's use of the goods. The care and recommended cleaning method is on the product page, is included as a form with purchase, and general product-specific tips can be found on the Blog, which is redirected to in the main menu at the top of the feghi-nixie-arts.shop home page, or If necessary, you can send an inquiry via the contact form available on the website.
13.5 A customer who has an account on the feghi-nixie-arts.shop website is responsible for not giving third parties access to his account or the data contained in this account.
13.6 For orders from outside the UK, Feghi Nixie is not responsible for the conduct of Customs under any circumstances.

14. Final provisions
14.1 These regulations may be changed at any time, and information about the change will be sent to existing customers to the e-mail address they provided.
14.2 Due to the sole proprietorship, the shop window may be closed for holidays or other specific reasons, as shipments will not be possible during this time.
