The magician may acquire knowledge or already possess it. He can be a student or a teacher, has the ability to transfer knowledge, but also any information. In a negative aspect, it can perfectly convey false, false and illusory information.
The Mage card may mean the appearance of someone outstanding, in contact with whom the current life may positively change.

Taking into account the character of the Magician, it can be read literally as a sorcerer, alchemist, illusionist, juggler, jester. Sometimes in the decks, the Mage is called the Alchemist.
The magician can also very much indicate the actual use of magic, or charm or charm in the sense of qualities - that is, he can represent someone charming or creating an illusion.
A magician is someone interested in the spiritual sphere, or someone who is not yet spiritually mature because of the beginning of his path (1).

Depending on what other cards surround the Mage card, it may suggest that you make important life decisions carefully and sustainably.
In a very negative sense, the Magician may point to serious trouble caused by the manipulations of others or portray a person vengeful, unpredictable and therefore dangerous. Therefore, it is worth analyzing the environment and withdrawing from uncertain, unclear systems.

In a typically negative sense, these are mostly the opposite of what the Magician represents:
Shyness, difficulty expressing yourself, inability to define your needs, problem with defending your borders - thus being manipulated, lack of your own opinion.
